J-ELLO 1.0.2: Fruit topped
Version 1.0.2 of the venerable J-Station Mac OS X editor fixes a bug that could cause a crash when surveying MIDI devices, and knobs now respond to mouse scrollball/wheel movement.

Bon appetit!

J-ELLO: Served!
It was a dark, wet, rainy day... the day Johnson left us. I wandered around aimlessly for what seemed like hours... but when I checked my watch it had been more like seven and a half minutes. I found myself in a grimy alley, and looked up at the insipid water drops clanging off the dingey sills and fire escapes.

"It's no way to go," kept repeating in my mind. I thought back to every mortal peril we had pulled through... 'Nam, the Gobi, K2, Avon... After all that, to go this way. I shook my head and dropped my eyes, downcast... my tears mixed with the slightly less acidic rain...

J-ELLO is a control and librarian program for the J-Station, a guitar effects processor manufactured by the late Johnson Amplification towards the close of the last millennium.

Some sounds and more info can be found on J-ELLO's VIRB site. ...

J-ELLO's shareware (the $10 variety). If you have any problems, comments, or suggestions, let your voice be heard.

Nudge 0.1: Release!
This past week has truly been one of magic here at the palladium. The trees are budding, the birds are chirping, the mosquitoes biting and, to top it all off, a brand new program has escaped from the lab.

If you too have chance to leave your bat cave this spring, remember: green is just the forest's natural color and the scent that flowers (those colorful leafy things) give off is "good".
